Clean & Prep: Scrub the surface to remove all dirt and old paint. Seal cracks and corners by brushing on a layer of Duraproof 100, pressing a reinforcing fabric strip into the wet mix, and letting it dry for 24 hours.
Wet the Area: Lightly spray the surface with water so it is damp.
Mix: This is a single-part product—just stir it for 2 minutes with a low-speed mixer until smooth.
Prime (Optional): If your surface is very porous/absorbent, mix Duraproof 100 with water (1:1 ratio) and brush it on as a primer coat first.
First Coat: Brush, roll, or spray an even layer over the surface, making sure to fill all tiny holes.
Second Coat: Wait 8 hours, then apply the second coat in the opposite direction (cross-wise) to ensure 100% coverage.
Dry & Clean: Let it cure for 24 hours before walking on it or covering it. Wash your tools with water immediately after use.
💡 Quick Tips: If the surface looks "brownish-grey" when wet, don't worry! It’s a natural reaction to light and water. It will turn black again once dry and won't affect the quality.
