How
Prep the Surface: Wipe your forms (plywood, metal, or plastic) to remove all dust, dirt, or old concrete chunks. If you're using plywood, brush two heavy coats onto the edges. This prevents the wood layers from soaking up water and peeling apart.
Stir and Mix : This is a ready-to-use product. Stir it gently for 2 minutes to make sure it’s well-blended. Avoid whisking it too fast so you don't trap air bubbles inside.
How to Apply
One Even Coat:Use a brush, roller, or spray to apply a single, light layer over the entire mold.
Don't "Stretch" It:Keep your brush soaked with the liquid. If you try to spread it too thin, it won’t work properly.
Drying Times Plywood: Ready to use in 1 hour.
Metal or Plastic: Ready to use in 2 to 3 hours.
Clean Up: Clean your tools and any drips immediately using mineral spirits (paint thinner).
💡 Quick Tips: Do not apply this in the rain. Make sure it stays dry for at least 1 hour after you finish coating.
